Go to the service portal . Click on the link "Forgot your password?". Enter your username or email address and click Send. A new password will be sent to the email address you provided.

Welcome to register your inquiry in our service portal!

Providing you with excellent support is crucial for us at Flex. In our service portal, registered contact persons can quickly and easily register and track the status of their inquiries.

Are you a contact person but lack login access to our service portal? Please contact someone in your organization who has administrator rights in the system.

We answer your questions by phone between 08:00 and 12:00 on weekdays at +46 19 10 39 15. In addition, you can always submit your case via our Service Portal.

We need to set up a new company in Flex HRM; how do we do it?

For assistance with setting up a new company in Flex HRM, please get in touch with our consulting booking. Log in to the service portal and navigate to Consultant Booking. There, fill out the web form with more details about your inquiry. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.

We want to integrate Flex HRM with one of our other systems; how do we do it?

You can easily integrate all systems with Flex securely and flexibly. There are two different ways to integrate with Flex: via Web API or text file.

We're happy to help you with your integration questions about our systems. To ensure we can help you in the best possible way and book the right resource for your question, please log in to the service portal and navigate to Consultant Booking. There, fill out the web form with more details about your inquiry. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.
