The AI solutions in Flex HRM provide several opportunities to work both faster and more efficiently. Primarily, they assist us in automating time-consuming and repetitive tasks, which frees up resources for other, more value-creating work.
By using AI to monitor and analyze large datasets in real-time, we can also make quicker and more informed decisions and minimize errors in processes such as payroll management.
Security and data protection are central to how the AI features in Flex HRM are designed. We use technical and organisational safeguards, such as encryption, permission management and access controls, to protect the information that is processed.
How data is used depends on the type of AI feature. For features that use large language models (LLMs), the information processed is not used to train the models. For certain machine learning (ML) features, however, data may be used to train models for a specific and clearly defined purpose.
Regardless of the technology used, data is handled with appropriate safeguards and is used only for its intended purposes.

Although AI technology is very powerful and reliable, it can sometimes make mistakes. For instance, if AI makes an incorrect assessment of data, it is crucial to have a control mechanism in place so that the error can be quickly and easily corrected by a human. Additionally, AI systems are continuously trained on new data to ensure they deliver more accurate and reliable results over time.
We also ensure that you, as the user, have full control over the system and can always make the final decisions. We are convinced that AI can offer us fantastic benefits, but it is important to find a balance between automation and human control. In short: by allowing AI to handle what it does best and letting us manage what requires our judgment, we get the best of both worlds.
