That’s why we’ve made it possible to clock in and out down to the second, with a smooth flow designed for real life.

If you use clocking with geographic restrictions—such as only allowing employees to clock in when they are at the office—this works seamlessly in the app as well. 

You can easily check, for example, your flex balance, number of vacation days, comp time, or unsocial hours (OB) and get an instant answer.

Quick, convenient, and always close at hand whenever you need an up-to-date overview of your balances.

Need to register sick leave or take flex time? Just add the leave reason with one quick tap when you clock out.

Scan a receipt using your phone’s camera and save it as an expense.

The expense is saved to an existing travel expense claim if there is one with preliminary status; otherwise, a new travel expense claim is created.

Get a complete overview of all your expenses directly in the app.

See what is waiting to be reported, what is being processed, which expenses have been rejected, and reimbursements that have already been paid.

You can also open each expense to view all the information in one place.

Apply for vacation and other types of leave directly in the app, using one shared flow that makes things easier for both managers and employees.

The feature is currently only available to employees who work according to a schedule and report absences.
