The New Flex HRM App Is Here!

From time reporting and absence management to expenses and schedules – the new Flex HRM app makes it easier to manage your workday, wherever you are. Here are just a few examples of what you can do in the app today. And more smart features are being added all the time!

It should be easy to keep track of your workday, whether it starts and ends at home, at the office, or somewhere in between.

That’s why we’ve made it possible to clock in and out down to the second, with a smooth flow designed for real life.

If you use clocking with geographic restrictions—such as only allowing employees to clock in when they are at the office—this works seamlessly in the app as well.

Register your working hours and breaks by entering start and end times.

If you've worked overtime, select an overtime category, such as paid overtime or time off in lieu.

If you want to provide a more detailed breakdown of your workday, you can do so under Details. Here, you can allocate your working hours to one or more work details, such as projects, customers, billing and comments. For example, if you've worked with two different customers during the day, you can split your time between them.

You can easily check, for example, your flex balance, number of vacation days, comp time, or unsocial hours (OB) and get an instant answer.

Quick, convenient, and always close at hand whenever you need an up-to-date overview of your balances.

Need to register sick leave or take flex time? Just add the leave reason with one quick tap when you clock out.

A smart way to stay on top of things from the start, and avoid missing hours and admin afterwards

Scan a receipt using your phone’s camera and save it as an expense.

The expense is saved to an existing travel expense claim if there is one with preliminary status; otherwise, a new travel expense claim is created.

Get a complete overview of all your expenses directly in the app.

See what is waiting to be reported, what is being processed, which expenses have been rejected, and reimbursements that have already been paid.

You can also open each expense to view all the information in one place.

Apply for vacation and other types of leave directly in the app, using one shared flow that makes things easier for both managers and employees.

Less hassle, better overview, and a smoother everyday routine!

Get full control of your workweek.

Flexie gives you a clear overview of when you’re working, which shifts are coming up, and when you’re off — making it easier to plan your daily life and feel prepared for the week ahead.

You can now complete your timesheet directly in the Flex HRM app.

This means you can manage the entire process from your mobile device – without having to log in via the web.

The feature is currently only available to employees who work according to a schedule and report absences.

Stay on top of your contact details, login information and work-related data straight from your phone.

Everything in one clean and easy-to-navigate view.
