Employees can now get a reminder in the new app for Flex HRM when they have expenses and trips that have not been submitted before the deadline. With one tap, they go straight to the items, so everything can be audited in time and included in the correct pay.
The reminder appears under To do
It is easy to forget to submit an expense or a trip, and then the items cannot be audited in time. Employees now see the reminder under To do on Home in the app, in the same way as the time report reminder. The image shows a reminder for a travel expense claim to submit, together with the deadline date.
If the employee has allowed notifications for the app, they also get a notification on their device. If they have not allowed notifications, the reminder only appears under To do.
One tap takes you straight to the items
When the employee taps the reminder or the notification, they land in the Overview, which shows the items that have not been submitted. There is no need to search, and they can submit right away.
The reminder only appears when there is something to do
Employees only get a reminder when they have items waiting to be submitted. When all waiting items have been submitted, the reminder disappears from To do.
How to set up the reminder
The reminder is controlled by the reminder setting you already use today. To show the reminder in the app:
- Select a reminder of the type "Audit travel expense claims" with the audit level "Submission".
- Tick "Notification in mobile app".
The reminder is sent when the deadline occurs and at any reminders prior to deadline that you have set up. If you have chosen a selection of employees, the reminder only reaches employees within the selection. If you do not tick "Notification in mobile app", nothing appears in the app.
If the app is shown in a language other than Swedish, the reminder appears in that language.
More items submitted on time
With the reminder in the app, employees get help submitting their expenses and trips on time, and you who audit them get the information when you need it.
