Previously, every webhook setting applied to all companies within the customer instance. In the webhook settings view, a new Company field lets you select the companies a webhook should apply to. The selection is optional. - No company selected – the webhook applies to all companies (unchanged behaviour, and the default). - One or more companies selected – the webhook is only sent when the triggering event belongs to one of the selected companies. Events from other companies are silently skipped. | 2026-08-11 | Webhook - Trigger the employee-export webhook without a integration active | The Export button in Export employees (Exportera anställda) is now available to companies that have an active employee-export webhook (employee.export_triggered), even when no payroll/export integration (e.g. FLEX API, Kontek Lön) is connected. Previously the button only appeared when at least one export service was configured, so customers who rely solely on a webhook to feed an external system had no way to trigger it manually. Now, when only the webhook is active, pressing Export sends the employee.export_triggered webhook for the selected employee selection without starting any payroll-export background job.
