| 2026-09-11 | SmartDetect now warns about missing wage types on imported transactions | SmartDetect can now flag imported transactions (from time, absence, file, or fixed sources) that reference a wage type code that doesn't exist, showing which wage types and sources are affected per employee. This helps administrators catch missing wage type setup before it causes problems in the payroll run. | Payroll | 2026.165 | Change | No |
| 2026-09-11 | Percentage tax adjustment deducted one krona too little on bases with decimals | When an employee has tax adjustment (jämkning) of type Percent, the tax base was rounded down to whole kronor before the percentage was applied, so the deducted table tax could end up one krona too low. As an example, a base of 15,776.84 at 30 per cent now gives 4,733 kronor instead of 4,732. Employees with other adjustment types, and one-time tax, were never affected. Payroll runs that are still preliminary pick up the corrected amount the next time they are calculated, already settled runs keep their original value. | 2026.165 | BUG | No | |
| 2026-09-11 | TIN in the employee register for Danish companies | For companies with Denmark as home country, you can now register TIN (Tax Identification Number) on the employee’s contact details. | 2026-09-10 | Fixed false employer contribution warnings in AGI for shared identity numbers | When validating the AGI record, employer contributions from several employments sharing the same personal identity number are now only added together for contribution types that have a threshold, such as reduced contributions for young employees and sole proprietorships. For all other contribution types each employment is now validated on its own, which removes the false warning "Beräknad arbetsgivaravgift utifrån underlag på individuppgiften stämmer inte överens med huvuduppgiften" that could appear for employees with multiple employments. Only the validation warning is affected, the amounts reported to Skatteverket are unchanged. | 2026.164 | BUG | No | |
| 2026-09-10 | KPA management number fallback fix | When an employee has no KPA management number on their employment period, the company default or standard value 001 is now used correctly in KPA reporting (only occured while there was a saved whitespace), and fix for custom reports in report generator where the fallback for KPA management number was missing. Empty or whitespace-only values are treated as missing. | Payroll | 2026.164 | BUG | No |
