It's now easier to keep track of your expenses. In the new mobile app, you can view all your expenses directly from the front page – everything in one place, without having to log in to the web view.
A complete overview – always available in your pocket
On the front page you'll find the Expenses shortcut in the Short cuts section. With the subtitle "View your expenses", it takes you straight to an overview of all your expenses, grouped by status.
The overview is divided into four sections, in this order:
- Rejected – expenses that have been rejected and need to be handled. This section appears at the top so you don't miss anything requiring your attention.
- To report – expenses you have not yet submitted. Each row shows icon, supplier, date, expense code, and amount.
- In progress – expenses you have already submitted and that are awaiting processing. Tap "View submitted" to see the full list.
- Historical data – expenses that have been paid. Tap "View previously paid" to review past reimbursements.
If you have no pending expenses under "To report", the message "All reported – you have no pending expenses or unhandled receipts right now. Well done!" is displayed.
See all the details in one combined view
When you tap an expense in the overview, a full-screen detail view opens with all information gathered in one place – supplier, date, total amount, VAT, expense type, comment, and participants. For expenses in the historical data, the paid amount and payment date are also shown, so you can easily verify what has been paid out.
When you navigate back from the detail view, you return to the same scroll position in the overview that you left.
Coming later
We will continue to expand expense management in the app. Features such as editing and deleting expenses, submitting and grouping expenses in the overview, and displaying registered car trips for subsistence allowances and mileage in the same view, will be launched going forward.
