A meeting ran late and you stayed an hour longer than planned. With our new app, you register your working time, mark the overtime and submit the day before you head home.
We are now releasing the first version of time reporting in our new app. It is designed to make reporting your time as simple as possible, wherever you are.
A day view for your entire working day
You reach the day view via the calendar icon at the bottom of the app. There you see everything you have registered for a specific day in one place: working time, breaks and absence.
You register your working time with a start time and an end time. You register breaks in the same way. The app automatically calculates the break time and deducts it from your working time, according to the same rules as in the web version.
Preset options make it quick
If you haven't registered anything for the day, preset options are shown to help you get started right away. You'll find preset options in several places in the app, for example when you register a break. There's less to fill in, and you're done in a few seconds.
Register absence without leaving the day view
If you have been away for all or part of the day, you register the absence directly in the day view. This means you see working time, breaks and absence together and get a complete picture of the day.
Mark overtime – the system does the calculation for you
If you have worked overtime, you select an overtime marking, for example paid or time off in lieu. The system takes care of the rest. Overtime is calculated automatically according to the rules configured based on your collective agreement, so you don't have to calculate it yourself.
Allocate your working time in Details
If you want to report in more detail what you have done during the day, you do so in Details. There you allocate your working time to one or more work details: project, customer, invoicing and comment. For example, if you have worked with two different customers during the day, you can split the time between them.
If the time you have allocated doesn't match the working time you have registered, the app clearly shows that the allocation is not complete. You see immediately if anything remains.
Submit the day when you're finished
When the day is fully reported, you submit it with a button in the day view. If you need to change something afterwards, you remove the submission, make the change and submit the day again.
For you who register clock times
The first version is for you who register clock times, that is, when you started and stopped working (day reporters). If you instead register a number of hours (period reporters), support for you will come in a later version.
Coming in future versions
We are continuing to expand time reporting in the app. In future versions you will get, among other things:
- support for you who register hours (period reporters)
- monthly overview and weekly overview
- submission for you who submit per period
- display of balances
- registration of allowances
- the option to select a time code
- help from Flexie, our AI assistant, with your time reporting.
Report your time when it suits you
With time reporting in our new app, you report your time when and where it suits you, while the day is still fresh in your mind. This makes it easier for you to finish on time and gives managers and payroll administrators accurate data.
The feature is available in our new app starting today. Open the day view via the calendar icon the next time you report your time!
