Since this spring, Flex HRM has supported Bygglösen, the joint tool from Byggföretagen and Byggnads for wage review and statistics compilation within the construction industry. Under the Byggavtalet, construction companies are required to submit wage review documentation to Byggnads regularly, at least every sixty days. With this support in Flex HRM, reporting is handled directly in the system, without manual steps or duplicate work. If you'd like to read more about Bygglösen in full, you can find it at bygglosen.se.

Having launched support for version 1.0 and 2.0 earlier this year, we are now taking the next step. We are expanding support to also cover version 2.1 and 2.2, giving us full support for all parts of Bygglösen.

Full support for more agreement areas (2.1)

Previously, Bygglösen in Flex HRM did not cover the Teknikinstallationsavtalet or the Ventilationsavtalet (Plåt- och ventilationsavtalet). Companies with employees under these agreements have therefore not been able to use our solution to report these employees, and have instead had to handle them outside the system.

With support for version 2.1, these agreement areas are now also fully covered. This means that if you have employees under the Teknikinstallationsavtalet or the Ventilationsavtalet, you can now use Flex HRM for your entire wage review reporting, regardless of which agreements your employees belong to.

Clearer reporting of performance pay supplements (2.2)

Version 2.2 of Bygglösen is an optional extension that gives a more detailed picture of paid salary supplements. Without this support, there has not been the same ability to report separately which types of supplements have been paid out, resulting in less precise documentation.

With support for 2.2, Flex HRM can now report role supplements, activity supplements, competence supplements, and responsibility supplements separately in the Bygglösen documentation. This gives you more accurate and transparent reporting for all agreements with performance-based pay, exactly as Bygglösen 2.2 requires.

Complete support for Bygglösen

With support for version 2.1 and 2.2, Flex HRM now has full support for all parts of Bygglösen. Regardless of which agreements your employees are covered by, and regardless of whether you need to report performance pay supplements separately, you can rest assured that your wage review documentation is accurate, without needing to spend time on manual handling outside the system.
