We continue to develop the report generator in Flex HRM to provide you with even better decision support. We have now added several new fields to the absence data source and introduced support for reporting at the group level.
To enable more in-depth analysis and strategic follow-up, we have expanded the absence data source in the report generator. These new fields make it easier to extract detailed information directly into your custom reports, eliminating the need to manually combine data from multiple sources.
New fields for detailed follow-up
The following fields are now available in the absence data source:
- Part-time absence and Part-time absence percentage: Provides a clear picture of the extent of partial absences.
- Child's identification number and Child's name: Facilitates follow-up on parental leave or care of a sick child.
- Account distributions on the absence and Home Account distributions (On the date of absence): Provides better control over cost centers and how absences impact different parts of the organization.
- Number of absence periods in the date selection: Allows you to quickly see how many separate occasions an employee has been away during a specific period.
- Number of qualifying hours (waiting period) and Number of non-qualifying hours: Provides a specific breakdown of different parts of sick leave (Applies only to Swedish companies).
- Message and Absence type: Includes free-text messages and categorization directly in the report.
Analyze at Group Level
As part of this update, we have also added support for extracting the data source at the group level. This means that those working in organizations with multiple companies can now create consolidated reports for the entire group. This offers a unique overview of absence patterns and trends across the entire business, serving as a valuable tool for strategic decisions.
With these improvements, Flex HRM helps you turn data into actual insights, saving time and creating a more proactive HR environment.
