Make your payroll management safer and more efficient. Soon we will launch an integration between Flex HRM Payroll and Visma AutoPay that automates the entire flow from calculated salary to payment to bank account.
As a payroll administrator, you know that the last step in the payroll run often involves manual handling of files. Downloading unencrypted files and then manually uploading them to the bank is not only time-consuming, it also poses a security risk. At Flex, we want to help you make this process both safer and smoother.
What is Visma AutoPay?
Visma AutoPay is a cloud-based service that acts as a secure bridge between your payroll system and your bank. Through the integration, payment information is sent directly from Flex HRM Payroll to the bank, without you having to manage any files locally on your computer.
Important to know: To use this feature, you need to have access to the Visma AutoPay service through another Visma partner (for example, through your ERP system).
Currently, AutoPay supports payroll payments within Sweden for the following banks:
- DNB
- SEB
- Danske Bank
- Handelsbanken
- Nordea
Why should you use the integration?
The aim of the project is to create a secure and smooth payroll process that reduces manual work and provides control throughout the process. Here are the main benefits for you:
- High security: You go from handling unencrypted files manually to a fully encrypted and secure transfer all the way from Flex HRM Payroll to the bank via AutoPay.
- Full control and traceability: The integration gives you control over the entire process.
- Flexible approval flows: You can add an extra step where, for example, a finance manager needs to approve the payment in AutoPay before it is executed by the bank.
When can I start using it?
We are currently working hard to finalize the integration to create as smooth and integrated an experience as possible between Flex HRM Payroll and Visma AutoPay. We have an ongoing pilot project with selected customers who are testing the solution in practice. We will return with more detailed information and technical guides in connection with the release of the function.
