What's coming
Flexie, the AI agent in Flex HRM's new mobile app and web version, will gain support for period-based breakdown of balance queries. This means you'll be able to ask questions like "How much overtime did I have in April?" and receive a direct answer in the conversation – for exactly the period you're asking about.
Today, you can already ask Flexie about your current balance values. What's being added now is the ability to specify a particular time period and get the relevant value back for that period.
Why this is good for you
Tracking your time is rarely just about the current state. Perhaps you want to verify a balance before a conversation with your manager, check that a period matches your own records, or simply keep track of how your time has been distributed historically.
Instead of leaving the conversation and navigating to the right view in the Time module, you'll be able to ask Flexie directly and get the answer right where you already are. This keeps the flow natural and saves time in everyday work.
