To edit and save the configuration, the user must have full (Activated) access to Bygglösen, Personnel categories (Personalkategorier) and Pay types (Lönearter). Users without full access can still open the wizard and review the configuration in read-only mode — the Save button is disabled and an informational message is shown on the introduction step explaining that no changes can be saved.
