It's now even easier to keep track of your annual leave days and comp hours. In the new mobile app, you can see your current balance directly as you fill in an application for absence — whether you apply via the absence view or through Flexie.
Always the right information at the right moment
Previously, you had to look up your balance separately before applying for leave. Now it's displayed automatically as you fill in the application, so you always know what you have available — without having to interrupt the flow.
Which balance values are shown is controlled by the existing setting per reason for absence, just as you're used to. If you apply for annual leave, you see your holiday days. If you apply for compensatory leave, you see your comp hours.
How it works in Flexie
When you apply for leave through Flexie, she guides you through the entire flow. Before she creates the absence, you get a summary to confirm — with the date, reason for absence, and your current balance. You can see exactly what you have remaining before you submit the application.
How it works in the absence view
When you apply directly through the absence view in the new mobile app, your balance is also shown continuously as you fill in the application. No extra check needed — the information is right where you already are.
