Full Control of the Organization Tree
We have added new functions to our public API that make it simple for technical integrations to retrieve data regarding organizational nodes and their internal hierarchy. This is a highly requested update for those who wish to build and automatically maintain their organization tree in external systems, for purposes such as advanced reporting or business management outside of Flex HRM.
Faster Access to Employment Data
Once you have your structure in place, we have also made it more efficient to populate it with content. Through a new, performance-optimized function, you can now retrieve basic employee data linked to specific parts of the organization. By focusing on the most relevant information, the transfer becomes faster, providing a better experience in the applications receiving the data.
The basic data retrieved for the employee includes company number, company name, employee number, name, photo, position, email, and work phone number.
These updates provide your IT department or partner with even better tools to create seamless and efficient workflows between Flex HRM and the rest of your system landscape.
