You can now submit your time report directly in the new mobile app. This is a long-awaited step towards bringing the entire time reporting flow together in one place – whenever you want, wherever you are.

What is submission?

Submission is the first review step in the time reporting flow – the step where you personally confirm that your own time report is correct and ready for further processing. The step is configurable and may have a different name in your organisation, but is most commonly referred to as submission.

Who can use the feature now?

In this first release, the feature is available to you if you work according to a schedule and report absence. Support for manually adding and adjusting time rows in the new mobile app is not yet in place, but this is an important first step in the rollout.

How it works

When it is time to submit your time report, you will receive a push notification on your mobile – provided that your administrator has set up a reminder for submission in Flex HRM (web).

In the app, the task is also displayed as a to-do item in the To do section on the app's home page. This is a new section in the new mobile app, and the idea is that over time it will bring together more tasks that require your attention – all in one place.

The value for you

Submitting the time report in the mobile app means you no longer need to log in via the web to complete the final step in your time reporting. You receive a clear signal when it is time, and you can act directly from your mobile.
