Adding many employees at the same time should not mean hours of manual readjustment. We are now adding two new fields to the Employee/User import template: Vacation contract and Vacation entitlement.

This is what the new feature solves

Previously, the staff category controlled the vacation contract, which works well for most employees. However, as soon as someone has their own negotiated holiday entitlement - or a different entitlement due to, for example, age - you've had to manually make a personalized derogation afterwards. For agencies and larger organizations, this has meant a lot of manual effort at start-up, especially when an external system is the master.

With the new fields, you handle it directly in the import.

The value for you

You enter the holiday contract and entitlement already in the import file, and the system takes care of the rest. If the holiday entitlement differs from the basic contract, a personal deviation is automatically created. If the values match the basic contract, everything is kept clean and simple. You can also combine the fields to put a specific contract with a deviating holiday entitlement in the same import.

The result is a faster and safer start-up, fewer manual steps and full control of the holiday conditions right from the start - time that can instead be spent on what makes a real difference for your customers.
