Handling expenses after a dinner or a trip has long been one of those tasks that takes longer than it should. Now Flexie makes it easier — right in the mobile app.
From receipt to expense in three steps
Open the mobile app, take a photo of the receipt and send it to Flexie. You can also choose an image from the gallery or attach a PDF.
Flexie automatically scans the receipt and extracts the amount, date and supplier for you. You review the details, adjust if anything needs to be changed, and submit. The entire flow in three steps: attach, confirm and submit. Support is available for the most common image formats as well as PDF.
Complete entertainment details right at the restaurant
Expenses for entertainment require additional information such as purpose, participants and tip. Previously, many people needed to fill in these details after the fact — often long after the dinner, when the memory had started to fade.
Now you can fill in all mandatory information for entertainment directly in the mobile app. It works both via Flexie and via the shortcut Scan receipt on the home screen. Regardless of which route you choose, you get fields for purpose, participants and tip in the same flow. You can search for and add participants, or remove existing ones, with a single click.
The result: a complete and correct expense report before you have even left the restaurant.
Full overview of your expenses
You can also ask Flexie about your registered expenses and get an overview directly in the conversation. For example:
- Which expenses you have registered and their status.
- How much you have to be reimbursed.
- Details about a specific expense, for example participants for entertainment.
- Which details need to be corrected in order for the expense to be submitted for review.
You get full visibility without having to leave the conversation with Flexie.
