Want to quickly see the status of your time reporting without having to go through it day by day? You’ll soon get a consolidated overview in the new mobile app. There you’ll see your balances, your schedule and your absence, and you’ll see right away which days need to be completed.
Switch between week and month
In the overview, you’ll be able to switch between weekly view and monthly view, depending on how far ahead or back you want to look. For the selected period, you’ll see your schedule and the absence you have registered. The app remembers which view you selected last, so when you leave the overview and come back, you’ll see the same view again.
See right away which days need to be completed
Each day in the overview will show whether it is fully reported. If something is missing, the day is clearly marked, for example when:
- the day has unspecified time
- a required comment is missing
- an account code is missing.
Days that are fully reported without discrepancies are not marked. That way, you can see at a glance where there is something left to do. If you tap a marked day, you go straight to the day view, where you can complete what is missing.
Your balances close at hand
Many of you have asked to be able to see your balances in the new app, and now it’s coming. In the overview, you’ll see your balances, so you can easily keep track of them. This means you don’t need to ask your manager or administrator for that information.
Submit the entire period at once
In the overview, you’ll be able to submit the entire period displayed, whether you have selected weekly view or monthly view. So you don’t need to submit day by day. Instead, you can finish the whole week or month in one step.
What this means for you
You get the full picture of your time reporting in one place: balances, schedule, absence and which days need action. You quickly find what’s missing, go straight there, and can then submit the entire period at once. This makes it easier to complete your reporting on time, without having to look in several places.
