Do you have an expense with a connected code, for example a deductible or an amount paid by the company? Soon you'll see directly in our new mobile app what is actually paid out to you, even before you submit the expense.
Connected codes are shown automatically
A connected code is automatically calculated based on the settings on the main code. If you select the code "Wellness with connected code -25%", for example, the app immediately shows the line "Deduction 25% wellness" under the expense.
Updates instantly when you change the amount
If you change the amount on the main expense, the connected line updates instantly. Enter 1,000 kronor and the deduction is recalculated right away — you'll immediately see that 250 kronor is deducted. You can easily see both the total amount, scanned from the receipt, and how much money will be paid out to you.
Read-only and clearly marked
The connected line is created automatically by the system and cannot be edited manually. If you want to change the amount, date, or code, do it on the main code, and the connected line updates automatically.

You get full visibility into your expense before you even submit it, without having to do the maths yourself or contact support to understand what will be paid out.
