Soon you will be able to register your manual car trips directly in a chat with Flexie, our AI agent. Instead of filling in forms and clicking around, you simply write where you have driven, and Flexie guides you through the rest.
How it works
You start a chat with Flexie and describe your trip, for example "I drove from Örebro to Stockholm". Flexie receives the information and asks relevant follow-up questions, such as the time and date of the trip.
Depending on the type of vehicle you use, Flexie asks you to enter either the number of km driven or the outgoing odometer reading. If you only have one registered vehicle, for example Private car, Flexie automatically assumes that this is the vehicle that was used. If you have several vehicles to choose from, Flexie helps you select the right one.
Once all information is in place, Flexie presents a summary of the car trip. You review the details and approve – only then is the car trip saved.
What is the difference compared to today?
Today you register manual car trips by filling in a form, either in Flex HRM on the web or in the mobile app. With Flexie, you do not need to navigate between fields and menus. You describe your trip in free text, and Flexie makes sure the right information ends up in the right place.
Who can use this feature?
The feature will be available to all customers who have the Travel & Expense module. You can use Flexie both in Flex HRM and in our new app.
