Flexie gains support for absence and standby in the schedule

The next step in Flexie's development means you will be able to ask questions about your schedule and get a complete picture — including planned absence and standby times.

A more complete schedule view

Seeing your work shifts is one thing. Understanding your full planned time is another. Until now, Flexie has answered schedule questions based on scheduled work shifts, but absence and standby have been missing from the picture.

With the upcoming update, that changes. You will be able to ask Flexie a simple question — for example "What does my week look like?" — and receive an answer that includes planned absence and any standby, without having to navigate to separate views in the system.

What will change for you?

The update will be available in both the new mobile app and the web interface. Whether you are at a work site and want to quickly check your schedule on your phone, or sitting at your computer planning the week ahead — Flexie will give you the answer directly.

A natural part of Flexie's growth

This is one of several steps that will make Flexie a more comprehensive support for time-related questions. Having the Time and Plan modules reflected in Flexie's answers mirrors a clear goal: to reduce the need to manually look up information in multiple places.
