Altinn is retiring its previous API on 15 June 2026. If you use the Altinn integration in Flex HRM, you need to activate the new connection before this date – otherwise, retrieval of sick leave and handling of immediate manager information may stop working.
The good news: the new integration is both simpler and faster. You retain all the functionality you have today, and in addition Flex HRM will receive a notification immediately when a sick leave is registered with NAV – instead of waiting for a check that previously ran approximately once per hour.
What is changing
Once you have activated the new connection, everything works as normal:
- Retrieval of sick leave from NAV
- Handling of immediate manager information
The only difference is that Flex HRM now receives notifications directly when something new comes in, giving you faster and more up-to-date information in the system.
What do you need to do?
A separate communication with detailed instructions has been sent to affected customers. If you have not received it, or need help with the setup, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Deadline: 15 June 2026
It is important that you complete the activation before 15 June 2026. After that date, the old connection will cease to function.
