Flex HRM can now transfer the number of hours directly into the accounting data - and this gives your business a much stronger basis for monitoring and analysis.

Better key figures without manual work

Many businesses want to be able to track their hourly payroll costs - one of the most common metrics for understanding productivity and cost efficiency. Previously, this information had to be gathered manually or calculated afterwards, often with the risk of errors and unnecessary time.

Now it is handled automatically. The number of hours is totaled and transferred directly into the accounting records, ready to be used in the financial system to produce KPIs such as wage cost per hour produced.

The right data to the right person

The payroll specialist controls which wage types should contribute hours, which means that you have full control over what is included in the accounting. The finance department in turn receives a complete and correct basis directly from Flex HRM - without having to request additional data or make its own calculations.

Hours are also automatically exported in the SIE-4 file and in the export template for payroll costs, which means that the information flows seamlessly to the financial system.
