We are making it even easier for you who already using the Pay Equity Navigator in Flex HRM to take the step to our modern module, Pay Equity Compass. We have launched a new migration tool that allows you to quickly and securely move your previous job evaluations and position groupings without manual double work.
Move your data with a few clicks
The new migration tool functions as a step-by-step guide that you access via a specific button in your Job Catalogue. This button is displayed automatically for companies that have data in the older version of the salary review but have not yet created a new review in Pay Equity Compass.
The tool guides you through three simple steps:

Select salary review: You begin by choosing which of your previous salary reviews will serve as the basis for the move. The system automatically checks that your factor plan is compatible with the new structure regarding groups, factors, levels, and points. If you have used custom values in your factor plan, the system will inform you of this, as these cannot be migrated automatically

Map jobs: Here, all your previous jobs that have a job evaluation are listed. You receive a suggestion for a new job profile name based on your existing positions or groups. You can choose to create a new job profile, edit the name, or simply skip the parts you do not wish to move.

Review and confirm: Before the move is carried out, you receive a clear summary showing how many job profiles will be created and how many might be overwritten.
What happens during the migration?
When you confirm the move, the tool prepares by clearing any existing job profiles in Pay Equity Compass to avoid incorrect job profiles remaining there. This involves a permanent deletion of any job profiles already present in the new module, which the system warns you about before you proceed.
Following this, the new profiles are created where your answers from the job evaluation are converted to the new format. The system automatically calculates the new points and links your positions to the new profiles where possible. This way, you can benefit from the functionality in Pay Equity Compass immediately, based on the information you already have in the system.
