We have now made it easier for you as a payroll administrator in the construction sector to manage your statistical reporting. In the latest update of Flex HRM, we have added support for the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise's salary structure statistics (SLP) specifically adapted for construction companies (MO 28).
Smoother handling for salary statistics
To get started with the new reporting, select the option "Confederation of Swedish Enterprise (SN) - Construction companies (MO 28)" in the list of statistics collectors under Settings > Salary > Salary statistics.
You then create the actual reporting basis and the file for reporting under the menu Processing > Statistical reporting > Salary structure statistics for the private sector (SLP). By using the new setting, the system ensures that the correct parameters and fields are used for the construction industry's agreements, which ensures that you report correct data to the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.
Unique fields for the construction industry
The report has been enhanced with four specific fields that are unique to this reporting. The system automatically compiles information based on your wage type settings:
-
County and Municipality: Here, the system retrieves the four-digit code for the county and municipality where the employee had the most hours worked (based on payroll types marked "Time Worked"). The logic for payroll in this reporting is the same as for Bygglösen, which means that the same information is reused in both places to facilitate your management.
-
Traktamente: Sums up amounts for transactions linked to salary types with the tick "Traktamente (Sveriges Byggindustrier)".
-
Reimbursement of expenses: Sums up amounts for wage types marked with "Reimbursement of expenses (Swedish Construction Federation)".
-
Regulation supplement: Sums up amounts for wage types marked with "Regulation supplement (Swedish Construction Federation)".
Flexible export possibilities
To suit your workflow, we have ensured that the report can be taken out in several ways:
-
Excel: You can export the report to Excel for your own processing or checking.
-
File: The report can be taken out as a finished file directly from the system, ready to be uploaded to the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.
By integrating the specific requirements of the construction industry directly into Flex HRM, you can feel confident that your reporting complies with applicable agreements and that the correct documentation is submitted.
