Talk to Flexie – Introducing Voice Control in Flex HRM

Managing your daily tasks in Flex HRM just got even easier. We are introducing voice control for our AI assistant Flexie, allowing you to ask questions and complete tasks without typing a single word.

We want Flex HRM to be as user-friendly as possible, whether you are at your desk or on the move. By using your voice, you can save time and interact with Flexie in a more natural way.

What can I do with my voice?

You can use voice commands for everything Flexie already handles via text. This means, for example, that you can:

• Ask questions: You can ask questions about most things regarding Flex HRM and get quick answers directly from Flexie.
• Create absence applications: Tell Flexie you want to apply for leave, and it will assist you with the application.
• Register expenses: Tell Flexie you have a new expense, and it will guide you through the process.

Flexie is constantly evolving and will be able to perform even more tasks via text and voice commands in the future.

How to use voice control

The feature requires no activation and is available immediately for all Flexie users.

• In the web browser: When you open Flexie, a microphone icon is displayed at the bottom of the window. Click the microphone to start talking. The feature is currently supported in the Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari (on Mac) web browsers. Please note that the feature is not supported in Firefox.
• In the mobile app: In our new mobile app, you can access voice control by pressing the microphone icon on your phone's built-in keyboard. This keyboard appears automatically when you are about to message Flexie.
