As a day reporter, you will now receive a push notification in our new app when it’s time to submit your time report. When you open the app, you’ll see right away what needs to be done, and you can go straight to the time report to take care of it.
Now also if you register your clock times every day
The push notification about submission was previously sent to day and period reporters whose times are scheduled and who only report discrepancies. Now day reporters who register their clock times every day will also receive the same reminder.
The reason is that the time report recently became available to day reporters in our new app. Now that you can report and submit your time in the app, you can also receive the reminder there.
See what needs to be done under “To do”
When you open the app after the notification, the “To do” card is shown at the top of the start page. There you can see what in the time report requires action. From the card, you go straight to the time report, where you take care of what’s needed and submit it.
The “To do” card is only shown when there is something for you to do. If everything is done, it is not displayed.
For administrators
The push notification is sent according to the reminder setting for submission that you already have in Flex HRM. There are no new settings to configure.
Submitted on time, without having to remember it
With the reminder right on your phone, you don’t need to keep track of when the time report is due for submission yourself. You get a prompt at the right time, see at once what needs to be done and finish everything in the same flow. For managers and payroll administrators, this means more time reports submitted on time and less follow-up ahead of the payroll run.
The feature is available in our new app today.
