Everything in one place – with full control
The purpose of this collaboration is to make it easier for you to see the connections between employee engagement and other important HR key performance indicators directly in Flex HRM. By linking Winningtemp's pulse surveys with data such as sick leave and employee turnover, you get a complete picture of the situation in your organization – all within the same interface.
New feature: Automatic synchronization of the organizational tree
The most significant improvement means that Flex HRM now acts as the master for your organizational structure. This means you avoid the double work of maintaining groups in two different systems.

Seamless matching: Winningtemp retrieves the organizational structure directly from Flex HRM. This ensures that groups in Winningtemp always match your structure in Flex HRM.

Easier analysis: Since the matching between groups is now automatic, it becomes much smoother to extract and analyze temperature data for a specific team or department.

Clear visualization: Just like before, temperature data is displayed per node in your organizational tree, but now with higher precision thanks to the improved synchronization.
How to activate the improved integration
For the automatic synchronization to function, the integration must be activated in both systems.
In Winningtemp: Start by ensuring that the integration is activated in the Winningtemp interface so that the system is ready to retrieve data from Flex HRM.
In Flex HRM: We have added a new setting under the program link for Winningtemp to control the synchronization:

Go to Administration > Settings > Import/export > Program links and select Winningtemp.

Here you will find the new setting Retrieve mapping from Winningtemp.

When you check this box, the system will automatically and continuously synchronize groups and mappings.
