You’re in the middle of a hiring process and need to quickly check the salary range for the position. Previously, you had to go to the job profiles view to see that information. Now, all it takes is one click.

Click on a job profile—see everything at a glance

In the job architecture matrix in Lönekompassen, you can now click on a job profile to open an overview. There, you’ll see the same information that was previously only available in the job profile view—such as job description, related positions, organization and structure, salary range, and market salary.

No new information has been added. The difference is that you can now access it more quickly and easily.

The Right Information for Recruitment

This means you can quickly gather the information you need for a recruitment process without having to search for the right view. You can see the salary range for the position directly in the job architecture, making it easier to make the right decision early in the process.

A step toward greater pay transparency

This feature also addresses the Pay Transparency Directive, which already applies to certain public companies in Sweden and will eventually apply to all employers. By making salary ranges and market salaries more visible and accessible within the system, it becomes easier for you to work systematically with salary transparency right now.
