We are happy to announce that Flexie, our AI agent in Flex HRM and in the new mobile app, can now answer questions about your schedule. This is something many of you have been asking for, and we are proud to deliver it.
How it works
You write or talk to Flexie just as usual. Ask in whatever way feels natural to you, for example:
- "What does my schedule look like this week?"
- "What is my schedule on thursday?"
- "Show my schedule for May."
You can ask about any time period – a single day, a week, or an entire month. There are no fixed options to choose from; you phrase the question exactly as you like.
What you see in your schedule
When Flexie responds, you get a clear picture of your scheduled shifts. For each day you can see:
- Start time and end time
- Breaks
- Account codes, i.e. which department or project the shift is linked to
Follow up in the same conversation
Need to know more? You can ask follow-up questions directly in the same conversation with Flexie. If, for example, you have received a weekly overview and want more details about a specific day, just continue the dialogue. Flexie keeps track of the thread.
