Flexie Evolves from Chatbot to Smart AI Agent!

We are excited to introduce a major update to our AI assistant, Flexie. She has now evolved into a true AI agent, capable of performing tasks directly within Flex HRM. 

Let Flexie Handle Your Absence Applications

You can now quickly and easily apply for vacation or report sick by writing to Flexie. Instead of navigating menus, give her direct instructions.

Examples of what you can say:

• "Apply for vacation next Thursday and Friday."
• "I want to register absence for care of a child today."
• "Report sick leave."

How does it work?

When you give Flexie a command, she automatically identifies the correct dates and the appropriate absence reason. She prepares your absence application and ensures it is registered correctly for your manager's approval. Of course, you get to confirm all details before they are saved. This new functionality saves time and makes it easier than ever to keep your time report up to date.

Flexie is Moving Into Our New Mobile App
