Flex HRM is continuously expanding support for the unique needs of the construction industry. Now we're taking the next step: Construction Payroll Management has been updated to version 2.0, giving you as a payroll specialist a complete basis for construction payroll reporting - regardless of whether your employees work on time and attendance or performance pay.

What is Bygglösen?

Bygglösen, or LÖSEN, is a joint electronic tool from Byggföretagen and Byggnads for wage review and statistics compilation. According to the Byggavtalet, construction companies must regularly - at least every 60 days - send wage review data to Byggnads. Flex HRM handles this reporting directly in the system, so you avoid manual steps and unnecessary duplication.

Bygglösen 2.0 - support for performance pay

The big difference with Bygglösen 2.0 is that you can now report both time wages and performance pay in the same document and in the same view.

What is performance pay?

Performance pay is a type of hourly wage that is applied to projects where piecework wages have been agreed. The company, the trade union and the employers' organization decide in advance how many hours a particular project is expected to take. If employees complete the project in fewer hours than planned, a piecework surplus is generated - that is, an extra payment per hour worked, for example eleven kronor per hour. The piecework surplus is always linked to a specific project.

What has changed in the Bygglösen view?

The Bygglösen view presents the reporting data as a table, where each row is an employee and each column is a field included in the reporting. In version 2.0 the following has been added:

  • You can report both hourly wages and performance wages in the same record.
  • The basic hourly wage for employees on performance pay projects is shown separately from the actual hourly wage paid per hour.
  • Different payment levels are supported for different projects within the same company and the same basis.
  • Piecework surplus paid is reported separately in the data when it occurs.
  • Workplace number for projects with performance pay.

New tab in the project register

In the project register there is now a new tab called Bygglösen. Here you specify which projects should be handled as performance pay projects and enter all details related to the project.
