Administering the correct holiday entitlement for all employees should be smooth and simple. We are now releasing a new feature that automates the management of increasing holiday entitlement on the holiday agreement based on reached age. This update saves valuable time for payroll specialists and reduces the risk of manual error.

Set Age Thresholds Directly on the Annual Leave Agreement

Previously, payroll specialists had to set up personal deviations on the annual leave agreement to manage employees entitled to additional holiday days. You also had to manually check and keep track of when employees turned a year older and reached a new addition threshold. This process could quickly become time-consuming, especially for service agencies managing multiple companies and employees.

Now, you can manage this directly as a setting within the annual leave agreement. You specify the rules and addition thresholds once per agreement, and the system automatically tracks the employees' age and applies the correct holiday entitlement.

Flexible Settings Based on Reached Age

Under the annual leave agreement settings, on the Increments tab, you can now configure increasing holiday entitlement based on reached age.

In the table, you enter your step intervals—for example, specifying that an employee who reaches a certain age receives additional holiday days. If you add multiple rows and rules, the highest reached age for the employee will automatically be applied for the calculation.

This feature is configured by an administrator or payroll specialist directly on the annual leave agreement under settings.
