Reporting time should be simple. That is the starting point for the work we are now beginning: building time reporting into the new version of the Flex HRM app.

A new app – built from the ground up with you in mind

The new app has been developed based on the feedback we have received from you as customers. The existing app has served its purpose, but we know it has not always lived up to the expectations you have for a modern and user-friendly solution. That is something we are now changing.

Time reporting is one of the features used daily by the greatest number of employees, and it is also one of the features we are prioritising for inclusion in the new app.

A gradual rollout – new features continuously

We will build out time reporting step by step and release new features on an ongoing basis. This means that you as a customer can start benefiting from the improvements early in the process, without having to wait for everything to be complete.

The goal is to make it as easy as possible for the employee to report their time – regardless of how working hours are structured or which collective agreement applies.

AI makes the job easier

The new app has been built with AI as a central component. This means that Flexie, our AI agent, is there to help the employee through time reporting. Instead of having to search for the right buttons and settings, you can get help directly, in a natural way.

We do not see AI as an add-on, but as a way to make everyday life easier for the person reporting time.

What happens next?

We will communicate on an ongoing basis about which features are being launched and when. Keep an eye out for upcoming updates – we look forward to showing you what we are building.
