You decide who is included
You’ll be able to exclude or include employees both when you create a new pay analysis and in one that’s already in progress. When you exclude someone, you specify a reason. A clear overview shows who is included and who is excluded.
Traceable throughout the entire process
The system will record which employees were excluded when the pay analysis began and at each recalculation. You can always view the basis for the survey and the reasons behind it.
