For those of you already conducting your pay equity reviews in Flex HRM, we are now making it even easier to take the step to our modern module, Pay Equity Compass. With our new migration tool, you can quickly and securely transfer your previous work evaluations and position groupings. 

To enable you to benefit from the modern functionality in Pay Equity Compass as quickly as possible, we have developed support for retrieving data from your previous pay equity reviews. 

Reuse your work evaluation

Instead of starting from scratch, you can now easily transfer your previously completed work evaluation. This also includes your position groupings, ensuring that the structure of your pay equity review is maintained even in the new module.
