Are you working from home, attending a training course or exercising during your wellness hour? Soon you will be able to choose the time code that matches what you have actually done, directly when you report time in the new mobile app. Your attendance is then registered correctly from the start and handled correctly in balances, follow-up and payroll.
Suggested time code selected by default
When you register attendance in the day view, the app will suggest a time code automatically, just as it does today. If the suggestion is correct, you don’t need to do anything else. If it isn’t, you will be able to switch to a different time code.
Nothing you need to change
The feature is based on the time codes and authorisations that already exist in Flex HRM. Your current settings work as before, and no new rules are added.
What this means for you
You will be able to report your attendance correctly directly in the new app, in the same way as in the web version and the old mobile app. This gives you accurate data for balances, follow-up and payroll, fewer corrections afterwards, and brings you one step closer to handling all your time reporting in the new app.
