Do you report the number of hours worked per day rather than clock times? Then you’ll soon be able to report your time in our new mobile app for Flex HRM. We’re building support for period reporters, so that you can register your time in the way that matches how you actually work.

Time as number of hours, not clock times

Not all employees follow fixed start and end times. If you’re a period reporter, meaning you report the number of hours worked per day rather than clock times, you’ll register your time as just that – a number of hours – when you open the day view. You won’t see any fields for clock times or breaks, since they don’t apply to you. This gives you a simpler view with only what you need to fill in.

Prefilled days if hours are posted according to schedule

If your organisation uses the setting “Post hours according to working schedule”, your scheduled days will be prefilled with the number of hours you’re scheduled for. You only need to register discrepancies. If you change the number of hours on a day, the change replaces the prefilled time, just as in the web version.

Allocate your hours to projects, customers and invoicing

If you use work details in Flex HRM, you’ll be able to allocate your registered hours to them directly in the app. For example, you can specify which project or customer you’ve worked for, and whether the time should be invoiced. You do this in the same flow you already use for work details in the new mobile app. That way, your time is allocated correctly from the start, and the basis for follow-up and invoicing is complete without you having to add information afterwards.
