Do you have a company card? Within the next month, we plan to let you reconcile your credit card transactions directly in the new mobile app for Flex HRM, wherever you are. We’re building the new app so that it can replace Flex HRM Mobile, and credit card reconciliation is the next step along the way.
From transaction to expense on your phone
In the app, you’ll see the transactions waiting to be reconciled. You’ll be able to select a transaction and create the expense from it, without having to fill in everything from scratch. If the expense requires a receipt, you’ll be able to take a photo of it directly in the app.
What this means for you
You’ll be able to reconcile while the purchase is still fresh in your mind and the receipt is in your hand. It saves you time, and the finance department gets complete documentation in time for the month-end close. With credit card reconciliation in place, you’ll be one step closer to being able to do everything you need in the new app.
