Soon you will be able to register your business trips directly in the new mobile app. You can register the trip while it is still fresh in your mind and see right away what it gives you in subsistence allowance.
Easy to get started
You start a new trip from the Expense overview, which you find in the bottom menu. There you choose New trip, in the same place as Scan receipt.
The company’s standard is already filled in
You go through the trip step by step: the trip, accommodation, meals and what the trip is linked to. Accommodation and meals are filled in according to the company’s standard, so you only need to change what is different.
See what the trip gives you before you save
Before you save, you will see what counts as tax-free subsistence allowance, taxable subsistence allowance and meal benefit. You will also be able to see how the amount was calculated, day by day. The calculation follows the company’s settings in Flex HRM, so it is right from the start.
What this means for you
You will be able to register your domestic trips and see your subsistence allowance directly in the new mobile app. It takes you one step closer to managing all your expenses in the new app.
