At Flex HRM, we continue our commitment to making it easy for you to comply with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. We can now provide a closer preview of our new module, Pay Equity Compass, and how it helps you create an objective foundation for fair pay.

The purpose of Pay Equity Compass is to transform complex legal requirements into strategic opportunities. By activating this module, you will have the tools needed to meet the requirements of the upcoming directive in a secure and efficient way. By integrating job architecture, job evaluation, and Pay Equity Navigator directly into your existing HRM system, we eliminate manual duplication of work and ensure that your payroll data is always up to date.

Pay transparency for employees

An exciting update is the direct transparency for employees. From 2026, employees will have the right to request information about pay levels for equivalent roles.

In the system, administrators can control if and when this information is visible to different roles. Through a specific setting, you decide whether the employee should be able to see their salary in relation to the objective job architecture directly, or if the manager should first be given the opportunity to explain the context. The purpose is to provide the employee with clear information regarding their pay position, building security and trust in the organization's pay structure.

Significant progress in development

We are pleased to announce that development is progressing as planned and we have already come a long way. Within Pay Equity Compass, those of you who have been granted access to the module in this phase can already start building your job architecture and working with Pay Equity Navigator.

Our development is carried out in close collaboration with selected pilot customers who are already using the new features. We are receiving fantastic feedback from them, which is incredibly valuable to us. This allows us to act directly on their insights and refine the interface, ensuring that navigation between the steps in the process is as simple and logical as possible for our users.

Information for customers with a paid license for Pay Equity Navigator

Do you currently have a paid license for our existing Pay Equity Navigator (Payroll Mapping) module in Flex HRM? Then we have great news. You will automatically receive access to the new features in Pay Equity Compass upon the official launch of the module.
