Do you have travel expense claims that you haven’t submitted yet? In the coming weeks, we plan for the new mobile app for Flex HRM to remind you before the deadline. That way, your entries can be reviewed in time and included in the correct payroll.
A reminder when you have something left to do
The reminder will appear under To do in the app, in the same way as the time report reminder. If you have allowed notifications for the app, you will also get a notification on your device. You only get a reminder when you have entries waiting to be submitted.
Straight to what’s left
When you tap the reminder, you go straight to the entries that haven’t been submitted. Once everything is submitted, the reminder disappears.
Based on the setting you already have
The reminder in the app will be controlled by the existing setting for travel expense review reminders. The administrator chooses whether the reminder should also appear in the app. Reminders by email and on the Front page in the web work as they do today.
What this means for you
You don’t need to keep track of the deadline yourself. The app lets you know when you have something left to submit and takes you straight there. That way, your travel expense claims can be reviewed in time and included in the correct payroll.
