We are currently developing our AI assistant, Flexie, to make your workday even smoother. Shortly, she will be able to answer questions about your personal information directly within the system, which will save you the effort of searching for the data yourself.
Easier access to your information
By communicating with Flexie, you will gain quick access to important data regarding your employment. You will be able to ask questions about all the balances available in your time report, such as your current flex balance or how many vacation days you have left. You will also be able to ask Flexie to show your upcoming planning by, for example, asking: "What does my schedule look like in December?".
Use your voice or written text
The new features will work in both Flex HRM and our new mobile app. Just as before, you will be able to choose to type to Flexie or use voice control to ask your questions. This will be particularly practical when you are on the move and need to quickly check information on your mobile.
No activation will be required to start using these features; they will be available to you as soon as the update is implemented in the system.
