Do you work with a collective agreement that manages net vacation days? Then we have a new feature that will make your life easier. We are now releasing the formula function Holiday quota also for Holiday pay formulas - a flexible solution that helps you get the right values, already today.

What's new?

The formula function Holiday quota has previously been available in salary formulas. Now the same function is also available for Holiday pay formulas. This means that you can use the holiday quota directly when building your holiday pay formulas, without any detours or manual adjustments.

The value for the holiday quota is automatically retrieved from the list in the employee register, under the Employment tab.

The value for you as a payroll administrator

This new feature is mainly for you who manage contracts where vacation days are stated in net, but where the total value needs to be adjusted upwards to be correct. In the past, this has required manual calculations or custom solutions outside the system. Now you get a manageable and structured way forward directly in Flex HRM.

Think of it as a bridge. We're working to eventually build full support for net vacation into the system, but as a first step, it helps to calculate vacation pay correctly. With the new formula feature, you get a secure solution in the here and now, while we continue to develop the long-term functionality.
