| 2025-04-18 | Export travel expense claims and attachments to zipped archive | We are introducing new functionality that allows you to export travel claims with accompanying attachments in PDF format, organized in a folder structure. This feature enables users to easily compile and download expense reports and their associated attachments for all employees within the company where the user is logged in. Key Features: Expense Report Export Functionality: Travel claims with attachments can now be exported as PDF files organized in a folder structure according to the format: EMPLOYEE NAME>TRAVEL CLAIM NUMBER. If only one employee is exported, no employee node is created in the folder structure. New Data Export View: The feature is available under a new view called "Export Data," accessible via service routines. Note that the feature needs to be activated in the role tree to become available. Selection and Access: Users can choose to export data for one or several employees in the company. Download and Storage: The created folder structure can be downloaded and stored in a desired location. Important Note: There is no background processing during the export process. Users are warned that all export work will be lost if the view is closed before the process is complete. This feature simplifies the management and archiving of expense report documentation, saving time and increasing administrative efficiency.
