The previous formula used calendar days as the denominator, while the new formula uses worked days. For example, given 334 days at 100% and 31 days at 50%, the old calculation was (334×100% + 31×50%) / 365 calendar days = 95.8%, whereas the corrected calculation is (31×50% = 15.5) / 31 worked days = 50%. The detail view in Vacation Day Update has also been restructured for improved readability. The non-vacation-qualifying absence section is now displayed above the average calculation section, and the employment days reference has been moved to appear alongside the data that depends on it. When the "Reduce employment rate for non-vacation-qualifying part-time absence" setting is disabled, the view now shows a simplified summary with only the full-time absence list, its sum, and the resulting vacation-qualifying days — instead of a single "No" label. | 2026.67 | BUG | No | |
